At Jaadi, we take pride in crafting planters and décor that bring life to your spaces. Each piece is carefully designed and quality-checked before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.
- Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or natural wear and tear.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and credited back to your original method of payment.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For other cases, you may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.
