Any product received in damaged condition must be reported within 48 hours, supported by unboxing videos and images, for us to process a return or replacement.

After 48 hours has passed, we won’t be able to return or exchange the same. Items are eligible for exchange only if they remain unused, in the same condition as delivered, and returned with valid proof of purchase

To keep your FRP planter in perfect condition after it arrives, please follow these

• Unbox gently using a plastic letter opener or tear along the taped seams by hand – avoid sharp tools that could scratch the surface.
• Lift from the bottom, not the sides or rim, to avoid damage.
• Inspect your planter for any transit damage and contact us within 48 hours if needed.
• Let it adjust to room temperature if it arrives hot or cold.
• Store in a dry, safe place if not in use – and avoid stacking anything on top.
• A little care during unboxing goes a long way in keeping your planter looking new!
