1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or natural wear and tear.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and credited back to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • For other cases, you may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
